About

Leo rossignol is a 31-year-old photographer and scuba diving instructor with a background in the maritime world. Being born in a small town in the South of France, the sea has always been a part of his identity.

Passionate about spending time in the outdoors, he started backpacking around the world in 2015 and lived in various places like Western Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and Southeast Asia. There, developing a strong interest in capturing memories with his first camera, a Canon 700 D.

As much as he could, he always tried to volunteer in the places he was traveling to, getting as close as he could to a local lifestyle, often according to environmental values, and getting a better understanding of the way people lived where he traveled. These experiences inspired him to pursue his passion for documenting the world with a camera in hand.

Nowadays based in Iceland, working as a guide, creating this space for people to showcase his work and support his passion.

Values

As a traveler and a photographer, I have likely experienced a natural evolution in my perspective and approach to capturing the world around me.

Over the years, I have learned new skills, developed a better understanding of light and composition, and discovered my aesthetic.

To continue strengthening my vision, I consider experimenting with an artistic approach to my photographic journey. Trying to capture various subjects in new and creative ways.

Finally, try to approach each photography opportunity with an open mind and a willingness to embrace the unexpected. By staying flexible and spontaneous, I can capture the moments happening in a natural way to reflect reality best with my vision and your projects.

Let's work together!
